Also known as sweet or sticky rice, Kaset Glutinous rice has long, white, opaque grains used in many Southeast Asian dishes like Japanese mochi and Thai sticky rice. Its unique starch content makes it especially sticky when it is cooked. Soak rice for several hours or overnight for best result.
