This sauce is a delicious addition to your oriental dishes. Delicious as a dip, but also as an extra Garlic flavor to your stews. Try this sauce even as seasoning for your own stir-fry vegetables, or fried chicken pieces. Also nice to incorporate into a roulade, or a grilled chicken roulade. The possibilities are numerous and this does not need to be necessarily oriental dishes.
